To effectively manage the basin, OBGMA requires Well Owners to:
- Have a meter on their groundwater well to record groundwater extractions
- Report groundwater pumping on a quarterly basis on statements provided by OBGMA and pay applicable fees
- Provide OBGMA with current contact information, particularly when a property is sold
